Entire house, clean and cozy.

Accommodation located 1.5 km from downtown Itabira. You can count on a comfortable, airy, clean, planned and well-lit environment, exactly as the photos show The street is not as beautiful as one might expect. It is a narrow cul-de-sac, with no luxury or beauty, but we have a great neighborhood and tranquility, especially for long-term rentals. We take care to always leave everything well organized and clean for each guest, I count on your support to leave the house clean as well. The space We have Wi-Fi, a 55" TV with Netflix, air-conditioning in the en-suite, a sofa and a good rug to enjoy the late afternoon laziness. It has bed linen (not new), complete table and bath, kitchen utensils such as plates, glasses, cutlery, pots, bottle and coffee strainer, refrigerator, microwave, stove and oven. The kitchen has a filter with cold water. We have two workstations with swivel office chairs. Laundry with machine and tank available for use (products not included). We include basic cleaning items (bucket, squeegee, broom, dustpan, floor cloth, floor and bathroom products). Note: We do not charge a cleaning fee, so please help us keep the house clean and make it easier for the next guest. Thank you Guest access We have 1 garage space. I don't recommend leaving the car on the street, as it narrows, but if necessary, there is no danger. I've had long-term guests who left their car on the street. Other things to note * Parties and loud music are prohibited. Please keep the volume down at all times and respect the neighbors. * Visitors or people who are not included in the reservation are not allowed. * Keep the house tidy. Leave the space clean and tidy, just as you found it, as soon after your departure we will receive new guests. * We have selective garbage collection, the baskets in the house contain the indications of the type of garbage; * Smoking is prohibited out of respect for the next guest; * We always take off our shoes to enter the apartment, in order to keep the environment clean and sanitized.
