It offers modern comfort combined with tasteful and modern decor. Its 5 bedrooms, all air-conditioned, allow a large sleeping capacity. Swim in the pool to the sound of cicadas, enjoy outdoor plancha dinners and strolls to discover this beautiful region of Provence... The space Jeanne's villa offers a private outdoor area, bordered by a fence and a large automated gate. You can park 3 cars in its closed yard. The Villa offers beautiful outdoor spaces around its 8 m x 4 m (unheated) swimming pool, secured by a shutter. The Pool House, equipped with an outdoor kitchen with grill and sink, offers a large table (10 people) to share lunch or dinner in a friendly atmosphere. The Villa is on several levels: - LEVEL 0: access from the yard It consists of a very bright living/dining area, a fully equipped kitchen and a back kitchen with large storage capacity, a toilet with sink. On the night side, bedroom #1 with a double bed with its private bathroom (shower, double sink and toilet) and bedroom #2 with double bed, - Level 1: bedroom #3 with double bed, small office area, bathroom with bathtub, sink and toilet, - Level 2: bedroom #4 with 2 single beds with its bathroom (sink, shower and toilet) and bedroom #5 with double bed, access to which is through bedroom #4 (in a row). ALL BEDROOMS ARE AIR-CONDITIONED AS WELL AS THE LIVING/DINING ROOM. ---- PLEASE NOTE ---- THE POOL IS CLOSED FROM NOVEMBER TO EARLY MAY // THE ELECTRIC GRILL IS WINTERIZED DURING THIS PERIOD Guest access The entire house is accessible for guests.
