Located in S Residences in the Mall of Asia Complex The space It provides a fully-equipped kitchen with a refrigerator and microwave. The property has a 26.12 sqm space with 1 bedroom and a balcony. It can accommodate a maximum of 4 guests (more than 2 guests is with an additional fee) with 1 double-size bed and a sofa bed. Guests are allowed to bring their food and drinks. However, pets, partying and visitors are not allowed. The property has a self-check-in process with a smart lock and password access. The host will send the code a day before arrival. Guests need to provide a softcopy of all guest IDs to obtain a Guest Authorization Form (GAF) from the admin. FRIENDLY REMINDER HOUSE RULES: *Please do not flush any toilet paper in the toilet bowl ( Guest will be penalized of how much the repair cost if the toilet gets clogged due to improper usage) *Entire unit is a Non-Smoking zone if they smell smoke guests will be penalized (Php2,000 Penalty) * Do not stain or damaged the linens and towels too. (Stained linens guests will be charged depends which linens got stained or damaged) *No storage of Durian *No cooking of DRIED FISH *Only light cooking is allowed to avoid to trigger the smoked alarm (Smoked alarm activated Php5,000 Penalty by the admin building) * Do not damage or stain furniture and appliances necessary damage fee or replacement will be imposed on the guest. * Guest is liable to pay any penalty if they violate any building rules and must pay directly to the admin building immediately once ticket violation was issued to them. *Only registered guests can access the unit and Visitors are not allowed. Guest access The property has a swimming pool that is open from 6 am to 8 pm. The pool fee is not included in the rental rate. The regular day pool fee is Php 150 per person, while the holiday pool fee is Php 300 per person. Proper swimwear attire is required, and guests must inform the host at least 2 hours before using the pool to notify the admin. Other things to note Gentle Reminder: Please inform your host if you need a parking slot to avoid inconvenience. The host can assist you in looking for a rented parking spot, but please note that this is on a first-come, first-served basis. Parking is available at the open parking area of Phoenix Hotel, which is a short walk away. Day Time rate: Php 50/entry Overnight Parking: Php200/entry or 12midnight to 6am + per hour rate or the day rate will be charge (make sure that you verify the updated parking fee rate on the parking attendant)
