Here you can comfortably host your family and friends. The space is well located, leave the car in the garage and do everything on foot. The space LOCATION This apartment is located in the Paraguaçu Building, which is on Rua Novecentos e cinquenta e um, number Forty-one. It is about a 2-minute walk from Shopping Atlântico and a 3-minute walk to the sandy beach. ACCOMMODATIONS The apartment has four bedrooms. In total we have four double beds and two single beds, all mattresses are of great quality. Living room with Smart TV and balcony, dining table and full kitchen with basic utensils. Service area with washing machine, plus iron and hairdryer. We provide basic bedding and one bath towel per guest. We offer a duvet for each bed, ensuring your maximum comfort. AIR CONDITIONING In total there are three air conditioners, one in each room. CONNECTION Good wifi internet and from the apartment itself. GARAGE A private parking space measuring 4.50 m long by 2.50 m wide. If necessary, my team can direct you to private parking near the building. Note: For now, the suite is without a television. Note²: Unfortunately, it is not possible to use more than one hot shower at the same time. Note 3: Construction is taking place in the building and there may be noise during business hours. Other things to note ____________________ REGISTRATION FORM: In order to be cleared for entry into the condominium, all guests and visitors must be registered with their full name and document data prior to entering the building. ____________________ CHECK-IN TIME: Check-in time is from 3 p.m. and can be done until 9 p.m. on the same day. If you arrive after 9 p.m., you will only be able to enter the apartment from 9 a.m. the next day and check out by 10 a.m. It is possible to check the availability of early check-in one day before the day of your arrival. ____________________ CHECK-OUT TIME: The standard check-out time is 10 a.m. and departure must be completed by this time. For an extra fee, you can purchase a late check-out and stay in the apartment until 8 p.m. ____________________ PETS: This apartment is small pet-friendly and they are welcome! There is a one-time fee of R$ 100 to bring your four-legged friend. A maximum of two pets are allowed. We ask that you avoid leaving your pet alone in the apartment, as this can lead to unwanted barking and other nuisances. When using the building's common areas, such as elevators and the entrance hall, your pet must be carried in your arms and wear a collar or leash. In addition, pets are prohibited from climbing on the apartment's upholstery, such as sofas and beds. During your stay, it is essential to keep your pet's waste clean and, at checkout, make sure that no waste remains on the premises.
