This condo is located near Fashion Valley Mall, not El Cajon. The listing is centrally located and within a mile of restaurants, shops, and the trolley. It’s within 15min of downtown and beaches and just a mile from HWY 163. I just moved back in after the space was shared exclusively by Airbnb guests, and I’m now welcoming respectful, tidy guests to share my updated home on a part time basis. I live a vegan lifestyle, so cooking animal products isn’t allowed. I have two cats as well :) The space The loft is perfect for solo adventurers and business travelers looking to save on accommodations while in town. Although there aren't any doors or walls to the loft there is a sense of privacy when up there. Guest access Please feel free to access the living room, patio, and kitchen. I have a coffee grinder and french press that you may help yourself to. You may also access the community pool and gym. During your stay I'm available to answer any questions and/or help out with any questions or concerns you may have via the Airbnb app or phone. My number is listed in the app as well. Other things to note It is your responsibility to clean up after yourself and clean as needed out of respect for your housemates. I will supply paper towels and basic cleaning supplies, but you’ll need to purchase your laundry detergent and toilet paper if staying for more than a couple of days.
