With thoughtful amenities and a prime location, it's the perfect choice for a memorable stay. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook an amazing meal. There is a two burner induction cooktop and a microwave that is also an airfryer/convection oven. A full size fridge and a stackable full-size washer and dryer are also located in the kitchen area. All appliances are brand new. The bathroom has a brand new shower with a beautiful river rock floor and a spa like feel. The bedroom/sitting area is on the SECOND floor. You must be able to walk upstairs. Our unit is ideal for up to 2 guests and offers all the comforts you need. The bedroom is thoughtfully designed to ensure a restful night's sleep. The living space is comfortable and contemporary, perfect for relaxation. You'll find our space newly furnished with a modern touch, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for your stay. There is a 55 inch TV that can be viewed from both the bed and the sitting area. Our guests are also welcome to use our pool and firepit, but no parties. We're committed to providing you with a peaceful and stress-free environment during your stay. To maintain this atmosphere, we have a strict no-smoking policy, and we kindly request no parties or events. We're here to make your stay exceptional.
