I have done my best so you can arrive easily and get comfortable right away. ⭐Sleep over 20+ guests with combined listings in the same building — message me for those larger group options! ⭐AC is seasonal (installed late spring to mid-fall, weather permitting). Heating is available all year as needed. ⭐Remote Check-in assistance closes at midnight, please read instructions in advance. I suggest to arrive before 12am, but if you must you may arrive past midnight. I cannot assist with any issue that may arise but you will have step-by-step instructions and your Guidebook in hand! ⭐For mail or packages during your stay please contact me first. I have a convenient and secure solutions available. ⭐I am often out of town but my housekeeper can assist you. If there is ever any emergency please contact me and I will let my housekeepers know to assist you. However, they may need some time to organize and get to your location. ⭐I do sleep at night so if you need to contact me after 12 I am not guaranteed to be available, but I always reply back first thing the next morning. ⭐ Snow removal is not daily — a shovel and salt are provided for your use in winter.
