Villa Bellina -Autentic, great view & pool

The space Villa Bellina is an ancient winery from the end of the 19th century that in recent years has been carefully restored to embrace modernity, while preserving its historical essence. The restoration is inspired by Bali and the owners' extensive travel around the world. The house has three spacious bedrooms, each furnished with super king size double beds (180x200). One bedroom on the ground floor also features a bunk bed, ensuring a comfortable accommodation for families. The living room on the second floor is designed with flexibility, easily adaptable to a fourth bedroom for 2 persons. The bathroom is spacious,bright and inviting, adorned with elegant details. Here the morning sun shines delicious. The heart of the house is located in the magnificent, spacious kitchen, equipped with an Ilve six-burner gas stove and two ovens. Truly a culinary hangout. A wood-burning fireplace decorates the kitchen and creates a cozy atmosphere, perfect for cozy autumn dinners, with a lovely view of the valley. The dining area comfortably accommodates 8 guests, expandable to 10 with extra chairs. Outdoors there is a dining area for 12. The large saltwater pool of 4.5x12 m, located completely private, is a fantastic place to spend the day. With its gorgeous views of the valley, pleasant afternoon breezes and shade from the trees around, it's perfect for warm days. Adjacent to the pool is a terrace with evening sun, this is the ideal place for an aperitivo with friends. The outdoor areas offer several private spaces around the property including a pergola with poolside lounge group and a patio in front of the house. You will always find a place to relax with a good book. You can experience all that Piedmont has to offer in a short drive from the house. Everything from Michelin restaurants to picturesque small towns. However, if you prefer to leave your car, you can enjoy lunch or dinner at the pop-down restaurant of our local wine farmer, just a 5 minute walk from the house. Here you will see how wine storage has been done for generations. Alternatively, visit one of the other wineries in walking distance for wine tasting. You can also look for treasures in the garden of our nearest neighbor, many of the traditional items in the house just come from there. During the truffle season, you'll need to catch a traditional truffle hunt with dog organized by the same local wine farmer. Last but not least, you can experience one of Piedmont's best views just around the corner from us. Here you can watch the sunset over the Alps and enjoy vineyards as far as the eye reaches 360 degrees. Bring something good in the glass for a unique experience! Guest access Guests have the house and property for themselves. The property also has an old, large barn to be restored. For security reasons, access to the barn will be closed. Other things to note There is only 1 bathroom. We have an old barn on the property that has not been restored. We ask that you do not enter this as the floors here are not safe.
