It has an oven, electric water heater, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, Nespresso capsule coffee machine and all the utensils you may need during your stay. > Two bedrooms: the master has a double bed and access to the balcony. The second bedroom has 2 single beds. Both have wardrobe so you can unpack your belongings. > Bathroom: Decorated in camel tones, with toilet, sink and shower with glass screen. > Balcony: spacious and with fantastic sea view. Other amenities included during the stay are air conditioning hot / cold, WiFi, underground parking and optional breakfast and lunch service at an additional cost. After that time, there's a self check-in available. Please notify your arrival time 24 hours in advance to ensure that your check-in goes as smooth as possible. In the case you arrive between 1 pm and 4 pm, if you arrive an hour later than the scheduled time, you will have a surcharge of €25. A security deposit of €500 needs to be delivered by 3 days before your arrival, this one will be given back 3 days after departure. * We do not accept groups of teenagers or minor guests without adult company. The minimum age to book is 25 years. *Sheets and towels are included in the rate. We provide towels only for the number of guests, if you need more, they will have an additional cost. We do not provide beach towels. *Daily cleaning included (reservations exceeing 30 nights do not include daily cleaning service). *Transfer to and from the airport available, check availability and costs. *One pet allowed for an additional 30€ per night. Price not included in the one displayed on Airbnb. *Your stay with us includes one basic cleaning. In case the apartment is too dirty after your departure, there will be a surcharge of €24.20 per hour.
