Moving on to the kitchen, you will find it fully equipped with a range of modern appliances, including a stove, refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker. When it comes to rest and relaxation, our apartment offers a comfortable queen-size bed adorned with soft, luxurious linens. This combination is sure to provide you with a cozy and tranquil experience, whether you are unwinding or enjoying a peaceful slumber. Additionally, the bathroom is meticulously maintained and features a pristine tub, fresh towels, and essential toiletries. Guest access You will have full access to the entire apartment. Other things to note House rules: *** PLEASE TREAT OUR HOME AS IF IT IS YOURS!*** Take care of our space and the items whitin it. When you arrive we ask that you REMOVE YOUR SHOES when entering the apartment to avoid damaging the floors, rugs or carpet. During your stay treat our home as if it is your own, do not damage anything whitin the unit. Do not leave food out without proper containment because it will attract insects. -Prior to your departure, do your best to tidy up by throwing garbage in the waist bin. -No partying!!!!!! We have stict rules against partying in our apartment and having guests that are unannounced for when making the reservation. We do not accept reservations for people intending to host bachelor/ bachelorrete parties, birthdays parties, or any kind of party. If there is anyevidence of smoking in or around the apartment, illicit drug use, excessively loud noice after 10pm, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation immediately without refund. We have a really good relationship with our neighbors and intend to keep it that way which means noice levels must be controlled so they are not disturbed. They will notify me if there is any evidence of these activities occurring during your stay. If we find any evidence of smoking in the apartment we will access a minimum 300$ fee to restore the apartment to its previously smoke-free condition. -Parking.
