Enjoy Madrid in our room on Paseo de la Castellana in a historic building, in front of the emblematic Cuatro Torres, near La Paz Hospital and the Instituto Empresa (IE). A cozy atmosphere and unique views. Public transport: - Nearby Metro stations: 10 minutes from Chamartín (lines 1 and 10, Renfe and Cercanías) and 7 minutes from Begoña (line 10). - Downtown Madrid: 20 minutes from Chamartín. - Airport: 30 minutes from Chamartín and 15 minutes by taxi. - Atocha: 20 minutes from Chamartín. The space - I live in the accommodation with my partner. - The room is SINGLE and the entry of outsiders and without the consent of the host is PROHIBITED. - This place is suitable for RESTING by sharing common areas (ideal for short stays). - The building is old and historic, but it is well-kept and the house has everything a guest needs. Guest access - You'll share the home's common areas with the host's partner. - There is no parking in the building, but there is paid public parking around it (blue and green zone) with time limits. You can get free parking within a 15-minute walk. - There is air conditioning only in the living room and a fan for the bedroom. - You can use the kitchen (except the oven). It also has a microwave, coffee maker, and fridge space. The kitchen is small for preparing quick or basic things (not suitable for preparing something very elaborate). - The use of the washing machine is not included. -Common areas: bathroom, kitchen and living room. During your stay - We're happy to help you during your stay. We will respect your privacy and independence. - We value and appreciate that after using the bathroom (shower), kitchen, and living room, you leave it clean and tidy. Other things to note A week before your arrival, I will send you, through Airbnb, a form to collect the necessary data to register your check-in with the national authorities, as required by current regulations. It's important to complete and submit this form at least 48 hours before check-in. Without this information, I won't be able to manage your access or send you the invitation for the digital key.
