You won’t forget the peaceful surroundings of this rustic destination with amazing views and just a short drive to the Kings Canyon and Sequoia National Parks. This is a private room on the 2nd floor with a shared bathroom on the 1st floor in a "Saloon" out of the 1800's that has all the modern conveniences of mini split a/c & heat, electricity and running hot water in the downstairs shared bathroom. Guest access Guests will receive check in instructions; detailed directions to the appropriate home on the ranch, and access instructions to the unit the morning of check-in. Other things to note No EV charging from standard outlets unless pre-approved.. EV charging is allowed with prior notification at time of reservation request and at an additional charge of $20 per car per night..unfortunately, electricity isn't cheap and the price keeps rising.
