Enjoy a seasonally heated stock tank soak, fire pit, outdoor movie projector, propane grill, picnic table, and cornhole — all reserved exclusively for wagon guests. The wagon sits on a private 3-acre section of the property, thoughtfully positioned apart from the larger 30-acre working cattle ranch to maintain both privacy and open ranch views. Guest access Enjoy the entire private, climate-controlled covered wagon featuring a queen bed and twin cot bunk beds, plus a full indoor bathroom for added comfort. Inside, you’ll find a mini fridge with freezer and high-speed WiFi. Step outside to your dedicated patio retreat featuring a stock tank “cowboy pool,” seasonally heated in cooler months, along with an outdoor movie projector, propane fire pit, patio lounge area, cornhole setup, and propane grill. Please note that the property includes open pasture, water features, and outdoor activities that require active supervision of children. Access to the property is via a dirt road, which may become muddy during periods of heavy rain. The cowboy pool (stock tank) is seasonally heated, generally November through February. In early spring and fall, water temperature may fluctuate based on weather conditions. It’s designed as a relaxing soak feature, and guests enjoy it at their own discretion. The gold-panning sluice is a hands-on outdoor experience designed for entertainment and enjoyment.
