Early check-in or late check-out may be available for an additional fee, subject to availability and prior request. **Housekeeping:** Your unit is professionally cleaned before your arrival. Daily housekeeping is not included but can be arranged for an additional fee upon request. **Parking:** Complimentary on-site parking is available in the attached garage. Additional parking is subject to resort availability. **Rental Agreement:** You must complete our Rental Agreement within 1 hour of booking. This includes consenting to a mandatory, non-refundable $35 damage protection fee, which covers accidental damages up to $1,000 and replaces a traditional security deposit. Failure to complete the agreement may result in the cancellation of your reservation.
