One bedroom offers a luxurious King size bed, and second bedroom has a Queen size bed. Both bedrooms have flat screen TV's. Very quiet community and you can't beat the prime location! The space A spotlessly clean beautiful 2 bed 2 bath apartment very close to the PGA National resort. There is a wonderful patio overlooking the grounds. The interior is very nicely designed with leather couch, big 65 inch Tvs and heavenly King and Queen beds. Both bathrooms are new and waiting for you! Guest access Arrivals on Christmas Day or after 9pm $150 service fee as per the rental agreement. Please not no trucks are allowed, and HOA Approval is required. we meet and greet you upon arrival to ensure the property is 100%. We check for damages and sign a liability waiver similar to a hotel with credit card information. Please note: the HOA does not allow trucks of any type. Other things to note We provide: - Mini bathroom toiletries shampoo, body wash conditioner (similar to a hotel) - 2 toilet rolls per bathroom - Tabs for dishwasher - Paper towel roll - Couple of K pods, tea, package sugar - Garbage bags - Basic cleaning products - Luxury towels and linens Please note there is a non -refundable HOA Application Fee of $35 payable outside of Airbnb. This is payable once the application is submitted to the HOA.
