I Terzi d'Ombrone Estate-Villa with private pool

Beautifully renovated villa with heated pool located on a 700-hectare private estate. By renting it, you can enjoy an immersive experience in the rhythms and evocative atmosphere of the Maremma. We will take care of your stay in every detail thanks to the daily room cleaning service and a personal chef who will prepare breakfast/brunch every morning. Hiking trails on the private lakes of the estate are also available, as well as massages and cooking classes upon request. The space The villa, located on the highest hill of the I Terzi d'Ombrone estate, can accommodate up to 14 people (on request, 3 extra beds for children up to 6 years old). Located on two floors with a total area of about 550 square meters, the villa consists of seven superior double rooms with private bathrooms, two living areas with wood fireplaces, a dining room, a shared bathroom and an equipped kitchen. Outside, there are several relaxation areas in the meadows surrounding the villa, a heated infinity pool overlooking the valley, sports equipment and massage service on request. Guests can also explore a part of the I Terzi d'Ombrone estate: we have marked out several hiking trails surrounded by greenery that lead to the estate's private lakes. Guest access The Poderone is at the complete disposal of the guests: the swimming pool is for exclusive use, as are the green areas adjacent to the villa.
