Very nice house in a quiet area, two minutes' walk from all the amenities of the village, two kilometers from Canet beach and 10 minutes' drive from Perpignan. The house is built around a large mezzanine that opens into the living room and allows the house to stay cool during the summer months. All living rooms overlook a large south-facing terrace. Parking is available in front of the house and inside the courtyard.
