If you don't see what you're looking for in the digital guidebook we're available to answer any questions you may have Monday-Sunday 6AM-10PM and expect to answer your question within the hour. Nestled on 40 acres in the rolling hills of Vinton County, OH, Wilder is close to it all while appearing to be a thousand miles away. On the property you'll find parking for your car (one per reservation), plenty of space to hike along the property trails, relax on a chaise while roasting s'mores, and forest bath in a hot tub while listening to the sound of nature. Off the property you'll find that Wilder is perfectly situated only 10-15 minutes from Hocking Hills State Park, Logan, Lake Hope, and Zaleski State Forest. Within these areas you'll find ample opportunity to enjoy the outdoors hiking, fishing, canoeing/kayaking, bird watching, horse back trail riding, ATVing, zip lining, and more! It's a nature-lover's paradise and all located within a short drive of Wilder. We are in the process of getting Wi-Fi extended to all cabins. We have limited cell reception, as is the case with most of the Hocking Hills region. All carriers do receive signal at the ridge along the main path in our property, where this cabin sits. Most will receive enough service inside this cabin for calls and texts. There is a charcoal grill on the deck, which you will need to bring charcoal for. We have grill tools supplied in the kitchen. We also have a fire pit, and wood on site near parking for $10 a bundle. All proceeds go to the Boy Scouts who supply our wood.
