The house has extra water reservoirs (12,000 liters), as well as an artesian well for emergencies. The property's energy is 127V. We deliver the house with bed linen, but we do not have a replacement, and we do not have bath linen. The house is in the Orixás condominium, has 2 entrance halls, the 1st at the entrance of the condominium operating 24h, and the beach entrance hall operating in the high season until 10 p.m. (Dec to Feb) and in the other months until 5:30 p.m. In front of the beach entrance, there is a lookout point, with a foot of an almond tree and benches for leisure moments of leisure and appreciation of the beautiful beach with natural pools. The condominium is quite wooded, very family-oriented, excellent for walking, and has direct access to markets (including the market that serves breakfast, lunch and dinner with self service), Atakarejo, pharmacy, lottery house.
