You will stay in a single-level cottage built in 2023. Located in Colroy-la-Roche, a small mid-mountain village (approx. 500 m above sea level), it is an ideal base for discovering Alsace and its natural, cultural and human heritage. 15 minutes from the fire field (1099 m, the highest point of the Lower Rhine), known for its hiking trails and ski resort, you will be amazed by the beauty and diversity of the landscapes. The space Property size: The area of the cottage is about 70 m2 on a single level. It is composed of two bedrooms: • the master bedroom (about 20 m2) equipped with a bed 160*190, 2 bedside tables, an XXL shower, a bathroom furniture with 1 basin, a wardrobe. • the secondary bedroom (about 9 m2) equipped with a 140*190 bed, 2 dressers and a storage cabinet. Amenities of the cottage: The cottage is equipped with a large kitchen in which you will find everything you need for cooking: induction hob, oven, range hood, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, Tassimo coffee machine, coffee maker, kettle. The living room has a sofa that can be converted into a bed (140*190). The living room gives access to a covered terrace of 18 m2 and a large open terrace of more than 30 m2, both lit and equipped with a wooden table. 2 wooden sun loungers, a barbecue and a ping pong table are also at your disposal. The house: 🌄 Initially entirely wooded (oaks, hornbeams and maples), the building site has been landscaped to maintain a very natural spirit and spend a moment in calm conducive to relaxation. Squirrels have rebuilt their living space, you may be surprised to recognize either of them around the cottage. The house accommodates two independent cottages, each with its own private entrance and outdoor area to enjoy in peace. Guest access All parts of the cottage can be accessed by guests. Other things to note Charges are included (water, electricity, heating). . Sheets and towels are provided The beds will be made upon your arrival. Points of attention • For reasons of safety and respect for the neighborhood, the total number of occupants in the cottage must not exceed 6 people. Guests not included in the reservation are not allowed to sleep on the premises. The owners reserve the right to cancel the current stay if the maximum number of people allowed is exceeded and if the peace and quiet of the neighborhood is disturbed by noise caused by a party or evening (especially outside the cottage).
