We provide essential amenities including fresh towels, shampoo, body wash, hand soap, 2 hair dryers, washer & dryer, detergent, dryer sheets, and cleaning supplies. Fresh bedding and towels are provided for every stay. Each bedroom includes a keypad door lock for additional privacy. For your peace of mind, our home features outdoor surveillance cameras and a doorbell for added security and safety. Whether you are visiting Vancouver for vacation, work, shopping, medical visits, or family trips, our home offers comfort, convenience, and excellent transit access throughout the city! Guest access Top floor private bedroom C: queen sized bed with desk, chair and a small private balcony Top floor shared bathroom: full bathroom with a bathtub shower Main floor shared bathroom: full bathroom with standing shower Main floor living room, bathroom and dining area, as well as the kitchen, are all shared. No drugs, marijuana, smoking, cigars or vaping is allowed inside the house. If you choose to smoke outside, please ensure you clean up any residue. The use of drugs and marijuana is strictly prohibited both in the front and back yards!!! Thank you for your cooperation and understanding. 3. No pets. 4. No illegal items or activities. 5. No loud noise from 10 PM to 8 AM. As this neighbourhood is very private and quiet Please be respectful. Thanks for your understanding *6. Parking on the street Free street parking is available in front of the main house. Please don't park in front of the neighbour's home across the street or the next-door neighbour's (he can potentially tow your car if you park there for more than 3 hours in the daytime, and overnight). Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. 7. There are several locked doors/cabinets with owner's belongings, please do not access them. It is for storage of our items when we are away. Fines will be applied if anything goes missing. 8. Any sort of disruption to the neighbourhood such as noise complaints, partying, smoking in the home, littering, or damage to the home will result in fines and/or eviction of your stay.
