Patchen is a cozy home away from home. This ranch home has 2 bedrooms, kitchen, dining room, living room and bath on the main level. The lower level is partially finished with a family room and dedicated laundry area. There are 2 65" roku TVs in the living areas and each bedroom has its own TV as well.
