Guest access The whole house is available for guest use including two garage parking spaces, outdoor deck with grill, patio table and chairs, outdoor fire pit and the entire residence. Enter the home from the front door which faces French Pond Road near the heart of the Mountain lakes district. After entering the home you will find a space to store/hang all of your hiking/skiing gear with a partial mudroom setup. This room also includes a large leather sectional couch, propane fueled indoor fireplace, shuffleboard table and 60" TV. Access to laundry is in the corner of this room. All bedrooms and kitchen are up approximately 15 stairs up from the entrance level. There is a large open kitchen/living room/dining room area with a fully equiped kitchen, large section sofa, wood stove, and a large dining table with chairs. There is a door off the kitchen with access to the deck, the deck includes a patio table with seating for 6 and an XL propane grill to enjoy the summer season (patio table and grill are in storage during the winter season) Two single queen bedrooms are on either side of the hallway from the kitchen area, each containing a queen bed and one of the bedrooms has private acess to a bathroom with shower. At the end of the hallway there are 5 stairs up to the "bunk room". A large 20x20 room containing two queen beds with two XL twin beds mounted in a bunk-bed style above the queen beds. There is direct access to a full shared bathroom off of the "bunk room" Outside at the back of the property is an outdoor firepit for your enjoyment. There are solar lights behind the fire pit to show you the way to the area. Please make use of the camp chairs in the garage for guest use to enjoy the outdoor areas.
