Private entrance, kitchenette, full bath, 2 Bdrm(Queen beds) & youth futon in common area. LMAG features Year-round: 300+ artists; espresso/coffee/tea; licensed May-Sept: Saturday outdoor live music (8-10pm) & BBQ Complimentary VIP seating at Little Manitou Art Gallery event while you stay Other things to note Futon in the common area can fold down as double/regular mattress to accommodate 2 "young at heart". ... There are two private bedrooms each with queen bed, side table, suitcase stand, and closet. Please note, 4 adults can be accommodated by 2 queen beds in bedrooms. ☆☆ If you book more than 4, then 2 guests will be on a fold-out double futon mattress in the common area.
