Our stylishly furnished apartment is centrally located. All necessary facilities (grocery store, bakery, doctor, etc.) are within walking distance. Nevertheless, you will find the peace and quiet you desire with us. Therefore, our apartment is the perfect holiday destination for both winter and summer guests. The view of the surrounding mountain panorama will delight you. We are looking forward to your visit. The space Our comfortably furnished apartment offers space for a maximum of 6 people on a living space of approx. 75 m². In the entrance area there is also an approx. 10 m² cloakroom where you can store your skis in winter. The south-facing orientation of the apartment gives you a wonderful view of the Lackenkogel, which also gives our “Lockei” apartment its name. For your physical well-being, you have a fully equipped kitchen (ceramic hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee machine, ...) and a cozy dining table. In the living room there is a sofa bed for relaxing and a flat screen TV for your entertainment. The apartment is also equipped with free WiFi. The bathroom has a spacious shower, the toilet as well as towels and a hairdryer are available for you. Details about sleeping options can be found below. Since the apartment is not suitable for all pets, they are only allowed upon request and consent. There is a free parking space directly in front of the apartment. There is also a charging option for electric cars for an additional charge (EUR 0.40/kW). Local tax: € 3,00 per night per person aged 15 and over (not included in the booking price). Other things to note The sleeping options (bedding including bed linen and additional blankets are provided): Bedroom (2 people): The spacious bedroom has a double bed (180 x 200 cm), a large wardrobe and a chest of drawers. If necessary, ask about a crib that can be delivered for your little ones. Children's room (2-3 people): In the children's room there is a bunk bed for up to 3 people (sleeping area below: 140 x 200cm, lying area above: 90 x 200 cm) with a wonderful view of the surrounding mountains (window can be locked). Living room (2 people): In the living room there is a pull-out sofa bed for a maximum of 2 people with a lying area of ​​140 x 200 cm. Attention: The living room is a connecting room.
