Cozy room with private bathroom in an apartment with beautiful views next to Av. Paulista. Brand new apartment with kitchen, washing machine and dryer, TV, fast internet and perfect space for a home office. The building also has a coworking area on the ground floor and is located a 5-minute walk from the Paraíso subway station. I'm a well-traveled and easy-going person who likes everything tidy :). The space Super new and stylish apartment. Super well located and with beautiful views. During your stay I'm very used to traveling and have stayed in many different places in different countries. I'm extremely sociable and enjoy talking to learn from different people, but I know how to respect those who want silence too! I prefer practicality, so WPP is my favorite!
