Fully renovated village house offering beautiful services located in the center of Brie (5 minutes from Parc des Félins and Parc de La Terre des Singes, 30 minutes from Disney and Provins, 25 minutes from Château de Vaux le Vicomte, 1 hour from Paris...) The space The house consists of a large entrance with coat rack and closet. A hallway serves the living room with equipped open kitchen, dining area and seating area as well as the laundry room and a toilet. The laundry room is equipped with a washing machine, ironing board and iron. the entire ground floor level is heated by a pellet stove. Upstairs, 3 bedrooms, the 1 st with 2 single beds (90 x 190 bed linen provided and installed), a small wardrobe, heated by electric radiant, the second with double bed (160 x 200) with small desk, dresser and wardrobe heated by electric radiant, the 3rd with 2 single beds (90 x 200), large desk and wardrobe heated by electric radiant. The bathroom is finally on the floor of the bedrooms with a large single sink, a large (huge) Italian shower and a toilet (bath linen is not provided). Other things to note In order to rationalize energy consumption and preserve the planet, a meter reading will be carried out on arrival and departure; 15 kW per night are included in the price already paid and the excess will be paid on departure at the price of the kW in force. As for the pellet stove, always in the interest of energy management, 1 bag of 15 kg will be included for 2 nights, replenishment possible on request at the purchase price (+/- €6 per bag of 15 kg).
