The space Main floor: Living room, dining room, kitchen, two bedrooms with a shared full bath, desk and office chair in front bedroom. Loft: Spiral staircase to bedroom with sitting area, bath with shower, clothing storage, mini-fridge and coffee maker. Outdoors: Rear deck with seating for six, electric grill, fenced in small yard with a 4-foot fence. Parking: Free street parking in front, one space next to the rear fence, three spaces in our private rear lot. Guest access Entire house and yard, not the basement utility area. Other things to note PLEASE NOTE! Hub City Cottage is very walkable to everything downtown. Of course, it's downtown and close to all the action. We provide noise machines and fans, but be advised that you may hear some traffic noise or pedestrian activity outside the house.
