Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located house in the heart of Clécy. Newly renovated by ourselves we have retained many of the old features while providing a modern day living creating a home from home experience. Unusually for a house in the centre of the village this property offers a fully enclosed garden and parking just in front. This is an ideal place to stay to visit all Normandy has to offer within easy reach of Ports and Airports and on the Voie Vert for dedicated cyclists. The space This stunning village house in the centre of the Suisse Normande is perfect for a long weekend (stays of 3 nights plus). It offers a well equipped full size open plan kitchen and lounge with dining area and a wood burning stove for those chilly evenings. It opens directly onto the fully enclosed garden and patio providing seating and a BBQ great for relaxing after a busy day by the river, or sightseeing. There is a separate laundry reached from outside with a washing machine and tumble drier and WC, and a safe lockable place for bicycles. The free public parking is adjacent to the garden and there is more free parking nearby. The first floor comprises a queen size bedroom with plenty of storage and a bathroom across the landing with bath, WC, and separate shower. On the landing is a reading area with sofa. Up a narrow flight of stairs on the second floor you will find another bedroom with twin beds that can be used as a double, again with storage and through a partly frosted glass door its own ensuite bathroom with bath and WC. All bedding and towels are supplied free of charge. Please note bikes are no longer available to rent from the Coccimarket in the village square. Guest access Guests can access all areas of the property except the cellar. Other things to note We do not allow any pets.
