Romans-sur-Isère, quiet and comfortable house

Fellow travellers, we are pleased to welcome you to our house designed for up to 6 adults and 2 children under 12 years old. The calm, the beautiful walks, the gastronomy, the shopping of brands,.... Our house nestled between Vercors and Ardèche offers you these possibilities. In the green setting of a quiet and safe cul-de-sac, 500m from the city center of Romans, capital of shoes, pogne and ravioli. Ideally located close to sites and activity pools. The space We put at your disposal our house of 110 m² with independent access, its swimming pool shared with the owners (6M x 3.20 m - single depth 1.55m), its green spaces and a secure private courtyard that can accommodate 2 to 3 vehicles. The accommodation consists of: - a living room with a fully equipped kitchen (details in photo comments) and a living room with television, fibre box and 2 sofas inviting you to relax and rest, - 3 bedrooms with large double bed, - 1 children's bedroom with 2 beds (90 cm), bunk beds, - a bathroom with walk-in shower, - a passageway with table/chairs/plancha/fryer for lunches in the sun, - a laundry room in the basement, with washing machine and drying lines (there are also drying lines outside), Guest access Romans sur Isère is particularly well located and served: A few minutes from the "Tain l'Hermitage" exit of the A49 and 10 minutes from the TGV station, in particular. The accommodation is entirely reserved for you, excluding the basement (except laundry room). A small part of the property is reserved for the owners (vegetable garden, chicken coop, small living space that we will show you on your arrival). Of course, you will have access to the swimming pool and the green area that surrounds it, as well as a small green area with a hard barbecue. Please note that we do not provide pool towels or personal safety equipment (armbands,...). The space is surrounded by a small barrier or vegetation prohibiting access to unaccompanied children. The swimming pool is covered every evening and is accessible from 10:00 am to 8:30 pm. We thank you for respecting the wearing of the Swimwear. Other things to note Although we love our 4-legged friends, we regret that we cannot accept animals other than our dog and cat (beware of allergies). We also thank you for not smoking inside the accommodation. We will provide you with an ashtray. We provide you with 3 adult bikes and 1 children's bike. There are some very nice walks to be done along the Isère in particular (Viarhôna), or the marina of Valence (l'Epervière - which hosts a very important nautical centre).
