Le Chant des Pierres: the very cozy Roussanne

Welcome to our "Roussanne" cottage at the "Chant des Pierres" in Saint-Pierre-des-Champs, close to Lagrasse. The atmosphere is warm and peaceful and the environment is green. From our home, discover Cathar country and the Corbières. What will make your stay unique: • Picturesque hikes in the Corbières, the garrigue, its vineyards, forests, rivers, canal • Cathar Country and its remains. • Seasonal activities and festivals The space Our small cottage "Roussanne", all new and beautiful, is nestled on the 1st floor of a house quiet, surrounded by its large wooded garden. It welcomes you as a solo or duo. You will have independent access through a private entrance, via an external staircase leading to the 1st Floor. It has: • a living room with kitchen and dining area, giving direct access to the terrace. A welcome kit awaits you and a small welcome gift for the week, • a bedroom with wardrobe space and a comfortable queen size bed (160 x 200 cm) and • its ensuite shower room, • Wi-Fi, • reversible air conditioning and ceiling fan in the bedroom Outside, you will enjoy: • a large private terrace of ± 16 m2 furnished, shaded and not overlooked, offering a stunning views of the surrounding nature, where you can relax comfortably and have an aperitif • an electric grill that can be plugged in on the terrace for your grilled dishes, • the vast estate of Chant des Pierres from where you can directly go for a walk, • its shared swimming pool (with up to 10 people). It is equipped with deckchairs for everyone and is open every day from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. from June to September (extended period from mid-May to mid-October in case of exceptional weather), • private parking and access to the closed garage for your bikes or motorcycle We provide a washing machine (and dryer outside of summer) if needed. Outdoor clothes rails are also available. Guest access Le Chant des Pierres is located at the end of a cul-de-sac, a stone's throw from the village church. You can access it with your vehicle; we'll then show you where to park. Other things to note In high season, our cottage is rented by the week from Saturday to Saturday (check-in from 4pm to 8pm and checkout between 9am and 11am). The rest of the year, the cottage can be rented every day of the week or week, for a minimum of 3 nights. Our cottage may be closed during the winter. Please don't hesitate to ask!
