Le Chant des Pierres: the very cozy Roussanne

Welcome to our "Roussanne" cottage at the "Chant des Pierres" in Saint-Pierre-des-Champs, close to Lagrasse. The atmosphere is warm and peaceful and the environment is green. From our home, discover Cathar country and the Corbières. What will make your stay unique: • Picturesque hikes in the Corbières, the garrigue, its vineyards, forests, rivers, canal • Cathar Country and its remains. • Seasonal activities and festivals The space Our cottage "Roussanne" is nestled on the 1st floor of a quiet house surrounded by its large wooded garden. It welcomes you for solo or couple shoots. After being personally welcomed, you will have completely independent access through a private entrance via an external staircase. It is composed of: • a living room with its equipped kitchen (except for the microwave) and its dining area, giving direct access to a large covered terrace arranged as a living area and dining area. • a bedroom with a closet area and a comfortable queen size bed (160 x 200 cm) • its adjoining shower room and toilet. In addition to WiFi, Roussanne is also equipped with a reversible A/C, a ceiling fan in the bedroom, an additional heater in the bathroom for colder periods, and a fan/mister on the terrace. For your grilling on the terrace, you will have an electric griddle. Our pool is shared with all the occupants of Le Chant des Pierres (max 10 people). It has a large shaded terrace equipped with deck chairs for everyone from June to September (extended period from mid-May to mid-October in the event of exceptional weather), You can go hiking directly from Le Chant des Pierres or on other hikes marked by the municipality. Our parking is private, and access to the garage is possible for your bike or motorcycle. We provide the washing machine (and dryer except in summer) and ironing board if needed. Outdoor clotheslines are also available. From the last week of June to the first week of September, Roussanne can be rented for the full week from Saturday to Saturday. Welcome to you! Guest access Le Chant des Pierres is located at the end of a cul-de-sac, a stone's throw from the village church. You can access it with your vehicle; we'll then show you where to park. Other things to note From the last week of June to the first week of September inclusive, our cottage is rented by the week from Saturday to Saturday (check-in from 4 PM and check-out by 11 AM at the latest) The rest of the year, the cottage can be rented every day of the week or weekend, for a minimum of 3 nights.
