The space Modern casa with 2 apartments on the second floor and another bedroom on the third floor on the terrace. Each apartment has its own kitchen and bathroom with shower. plenty of open air with balconies and terraces. lower terrace equipped with hammocks, food prep area and charcoal grill. upper level terrace is open air, with views of ocean, malecon and surrounding hills. each apartment has it'sown entrante and is very secure. Guest access all guests have access to the terraces and hammocks. there is a washer and dryer on premises for use. Other things to note The property is in the heart of a small fishing pueblo, quiet and peaceful in the day. the malecon can get loud with music at night from passenger cars. Weekends, a lot of tourists come into town and it can get loud until around midnight. the malecon is well lit and safe. many restaurants serving excellent seafood at very good prices. The nearby hills are a hot spot for parapente flying. The waves here can be gente to strong, but water temp is amazing.
