Simple and comfortable double room with one bed

-Hotel Room (12 m2), located 100 meters or one block from the beach in downtown Máncora.- 01 double bed, private bathroom, located on the first floor.- Standing fan, medium-sized closet with a hanger, nightstands, window with mosquito netting to prevent insects from entering your room and overlooking the hotel's garden and pool, -no beach view. -no hot water. -there may be noise from outside. The space -From the hotel to the beach is only a small block, and two blocks from the boulevard (esplanade) walking about 5 minutes to the main avenue where most transport companies arrive. - Mototaxis pass by the hotel door. Restaurants, laundromats, pharmacies, banks, and ATMs are all located along the boardwalk. Everything is within walking distance. -The hotel is always closed for security reasons. You can ring the bell on the door and there are staff who will assist you. -It is a hotel with rules necessary to respect the other guest's space. -The hotel has an area with hammocks and sun loungers, a dining room (both indoors and outdoors), available for eating or working. - Pool hours are from 9 A.M. to 9 P.M. There are rules so that all guests can enjoy a clean pool. -To take care of the pool, and not fill it with sand, remove the sand in the shower that is at the entrance. -We cannot guarantee that there is no noise from outside, because it is one of the entrances to the beach, and there are always people, cars passing through the street is something that is not within my reach. -Sometimes there are power cuts, something that I have no control over that happens throughout Máncora, not only in the hotel... but we have emergency lights in rooms and shared areas. -We do not have a warehouse, but you may be able to store your luggage at any transport agency where you buy your tickets back to your cities. -We don't have a garage. Although previous guests have kept their cars in garages around the hotel. We always try to make sure you have peace of mind to rest and safety. I want you to feel comfortable and enjoy your days with us and have beautiful memories of Máncora. Guest access During your stay you can use: The indoor hammock and sun lounger area. A covered public dining area ideal for eating or working with a laptop, and an outdoor table with an umbrella near the garden. An outdoor shower (near the sun lounger and hammock area) to remove sand from your body. You can also use the hotel pool! Other things to note The hotel has vegetation, so if you like plants you will feel right at home. The TV does not have cable (national or international channels) it only has the following streaming platforms. (Prime video, Disney+, Netflix, Apple tv+, Youtube, Pluto tv, Max, Crunchyroll and Paramount+) *NO accounts are provided to view any of these platforms, you must log in with your own account and log out once you leave* The hotel is located 1 block from the beach. We have a “mini shop” inside the hotel, where we sell water, soft drinks and alcoholic beverages. Boulevard de Máncora is 2 blocks from the hotel. We have activities (tours) that come with an additional cost, *ask upon arrival at the hotel or by message* Our pool is above the apartment exit, so you will have to climb a few small steps (for pool hours and regulations see "Services" and "House Rules". As it is a hotel, we will ask you to leave your room key with the reception staff whenever you go out somewhere outside the hotel. The hotel usually turns off the lights in public areas from 11:00 pm.
