Spend sunny days on a quiet, residents-only beach just 200m from your front door and come home to enjoy drinks on a massive verandah that boasts sea views for miles. The space The open-plan kitchen, informal lounge and indoor dining area includes a wood-burning fireplace if evenings turn chilly and for those who enjoy screen time you can opt to use the formal lounge upstairs or pyjama lounge downstairs (sorry, but no DSTV is provided). The home is equipped with stable wifi that withstands up to 6 hours of loadshedding. In this event, a solar-assisted geyser will provide hot water and lamps are provided. Secure outdoor parking for 2 cars is available. Kids can keep entertained using the trampoline and swing in the large, private garden. Listen to the waves as you drift off to sleep in one of four bedrooms: One upstairs bedroom (best views by far) contains a Queen bed and free-standing bath set in a picturesque window. A separate bathroom serves both residents and guests, Downstairs: one massive, main bedroom (Queen bed) with sea views and en-suite bedroom opens to the garden, Downstairs: one large bedroom (Queen) with shower, toilet and handbasin en-suite opens to the garden, Downstairs: one large bedroom (Queen) with sea views opens to the garden and is serviced by a beautifully appointed full bathroom next door. The home is fully serviced 3 days per week (excl public holidays) so bring only your towels and prepare to be spoiled. Once you've visited you will always want to return!
