Arctic Fjord Dome

Why not travel away from hectic everyday life and live under the arctic starry sky with the most wonderful view of the fjord, mountains and northern lights With us, you live in harmony with nature. There is no built-in toilet, but there is a cozy outdoor toilet. It is warm and comfortable inside the igloo with a modern heat pump installed. There is a cooling box available that can be used as a refrigerator, and a kettle to boil water in. Water can be filled up in the hosts cabin beside. The space Just below the igloo you will have a fantastic view of the fjord and mountains. There is a campfire on the plot and access to the sea nearby. One can also hire a boat in the summer time if you like to go fishing. In the winter months, you have to park your car up by the road, but we have a sled to pull equipment down with. It is about 20 meters to walk down to the cabin. There is a large, nice terrace outside the igloo if you want to sit outside, take photos etc. Guest access You will have access to the entire area apart from our own cabin which is next door. In the long term, you can also try sleeping in hammocks that will be installed in our new gap hut on the property. Other things to note We recommend our guests to bring warm clothes and good shoes (preferably with spikes) in the winter. The deck outside the igloo can become slippery in both late autumn and winter.
