The space The swimming pool is common to the condominium and the barbecue is individual to each house. We have beach service, with chairs and sun umbrellas set up by the caretaker. We are 800 meters from the beach, where the path is beautiful and flat. At the back of the condominium, we have the Atlantic forest to breathe delicious air. The place is quiet and the house is very nice, with its clean decor. Guest access The guest can use all the areas of the house and the condominium. Swimming pool, barbecue, backyard, see the monkeys that appear from time to time in the Atlantic forest. And walk to the beach on a very beautiful path Other things to note The house has 3 suites, 2 suites with 2 single beds and one suite with 1 double bed, plus 4 separate mattresses. Thus, it comfortably accommodates 6 people in beds and another 4 on mattresses. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. There are no bed and bath linens.
