Family house with a spa, near Paris

20 minutes from Paris, enjoy precious moments with family and friends in this 150 m² house with a covered terrace overlooking a spa and a large garden. The space The accommodation is arranged on three levels. On the first floor : - A living room with two sofas, TV and Blu-ray player, and dining room. Fiber Wi-Fi box. - A separate kitchen, opening onto the terrace, fully equipped (dishwasher, oven, hotplates, microwave, fridge, M. Cuisine food processor, air fryer, espresso coffee maker, toaster, kettle); table (8-10 seats). - A bedroom with a double bed (140 cm), overlooking the garden - A first bathroom with walk-in shower - A first independent WC On the second floor : - Three large bedrooms each with a double bed (140 cm) - A second bathroom, with bathtub, hair dryer, etc. - A second independent WC In the basement: laundry room (washing machine, dryer), drying rack, freezer, a third independent WC. The terrace, accessible from the kitchen, overlooks the garden. It is covered and equipped with a corner sofa, a coffee table and a dining table (8 seats). In the garden, deckchairs and a gas barbecue are at your disposal. You won't have to worry about anything, watering is automatic. To distract you, books, board games (many!), game console, TV. This house is our primary residence along with our belongings and sentimental items. We'll make room for your stuff in the cupboards :) Bed linen and towels are provided. The beds will be ready upon your arrival. At your disposal, all basic products (for cooking, laundry...). The price includes everything: water, electricity... We do not rent for parties. The house is not accessible to people with reduced mobility because of the stairs. It is not suitable for young children as the spa is easily accessible from the terrace. The house is non-smoking and animals are not accepted (except guide dogs). Guest access You will have access to the whole house and the whole garden, without any other tenant.
