Even if you book only one room, the second room will be closed and the entire floor will remain at your exclusive disposal. The host will not access the floor except for reasons of strict necessity or emergency. - Ground Floor: in this space, there is the main room with full kitchen and living space. From the panoramic window you can access the patio where the hot tub is available (these spaces are shared with the host Stefano). The living area can also be accessed from the main door, where there are stairs leading to the exclusive guest night floor. - Floor -1: in this space there is the host's sleeping area and there is the garage where you can park and recharge the car and the laundry area (to use these services you need to give notice) On September 24 and 25, the host will not be in the property, so the reservation will be for the entire villa.
