This 1,900 sq. ft. retreat offers everything you need for a comfortable stay, whether you're visiting for a family event, a work trip, or a leisurely getaway. From the fully stocked kitchen for the adults to the carefully chosen board games and cozy reading nook for the kids, every detail has been included with the intention of making you feel right at home. On the main level: The master bedroom and an en-suite, with an entrance to the back deck so you can slip out for a night cap by the fire without ever disturbing the little ones. A kid-friendly bedroom with a full and twin sized bed, both rated for up to 300lbs so safe for both the young and old at heart; and a second full bathroom. Upstairs: a third bedroom with queen sized bed and half bath provide a separate living space, perfect for multiple families traveling together. A second open living area with a reading/games corner for the kids to play or can be used as an additional sleeping area with the provided queen-sized air mattress. Note that guests over 6 require an additional nightly fee of $25/guest/night and must be disclosed and discussed at time of booking. Living Room: Complete with an attached office space overlooking the front yard. Enjoy movie nights or gaming sessions with the 65” smart TV, sound bar, and Xbox station. The large coffee table is ideal for family game nights. Kitchen: This fully renovated kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, elegant waterfall quartz countertops, plenty of seating at island and table, and all the tools you need for your culinary adventures. - Coffee and tea bar is stocked with individual coffee packets, a variety of tea, creamers, sugar, and honey to get you started. Outdoors: A ¾ fenced backyard, a safe space where kids can play. The back deck features outdoor dining for six and a propane firepit with seating for six—perfect for relaxing evenings. Deck is wrapped with solar lights to provide a soft evening ambiance. You might even spot a family of deer wandering through the yard! I provide weekly yard maintenance year-round to keep the space pristine. Family friendly neighborhood. There is a very popular park that has water features during the summer, 3 blocks down the street. The local hospital is 6 blocks southwest. Downtown attractions for entertainment, dinning, and shopping are a 5 mins car drive or 15-20 walk down the hill.
