The neighborhood has a STRICT 20MPH speed limit, please respect it as its a family friendly neighborhood with family's taking walks with pets to kids playing in the streets. Traveling with your pets, we allow your furry friend to travel with you for a $150 fee per pet (max 2) Service dogs stay for free, but falsely claiming a service dog in Alabama is a Class C misdemeanor. Please be prepared to answer permitted questions if traveling with a service dog. Sorry we do not allow cats, to many people are allergic, including myself. Airbnb will collect your funds upon booking and release them to the host 24 hours after their scheduled check-in time. If you are active duty, we can provide a zero balance receipt after your reservation to assist with lodging reimbursement. State, county, and city taxes are assessed/remitted as well as an active license is required to have this great unit available for your stay. The front door has an easy-to-use keypad and a Ring doorbell for security along with 2 cameras in the backyard, 1 camera on the side yard, 1 driveway camera, 1 facing the front yard and 1 in the garage/game room.
