There are 11 beds in the cabin, divided into four bedrooms and a loft with a sofa bed. The cabin has large glass surfaces and terrace of 35 square meters - so you can enjoy the sea view and lovely sunsets both inside and outside. The furnishings are carefully thought out and the cabin is seasoned with various bonus amenities. You will find among other things oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, fridge with ice cube machine and own wine cabinet in Havblikk 1. There is a private laundry room with washing machine and dryer in the cabin. Activities You don't have to go far to find activities, we have three boats you can rent, in addition to sup boards, which is very popular on hot days. In the loft you can play PlayStation 5 - and of course there is wireless internet throughout the cabin. In the basement living room, you can watch a good movie on the 85-inch TV screen. If you are traveling for a fishing trip, you can grop and fillet the catch on the loop bench belonging to the cabin. After this, you can prepare seafood on the grill close by, and enjoy self-caught dinner on the sunny terrace. Eating dinner that is so local is an experience in itself. Location Havblikk 1 is located on Kalvaneset, a short distance from the main road. There are four parking spaces in the grounds. Bekkjarvik is only 3 minutes by car and you can also get there by sea way by boat. In Bekkjarvik there are various shops, wine monopoly, guesthouse, burger bar, library and rose garden. Here is also the restaurant Mirabelle, run by world-renowned chef Ørjan Johannessen. There is an artificial grass field for football and field adapted for sand volleyball in Bekkjarvik. From Bekkjarvik you can walk up the sherpat stairs to Kongsen and get a view of the entire Selbjørn and the sea gap towards the North Sea. Boat is rented with full tanks (2 x 25 liters) Delivered/returned cleaned and with full tanks. Necessary review of the boat and its characteristics are provided upon arrival. RATES ØIEN 620 F Per day: NOK 1000 incl. VAT and Insurance Per week: NOK 6000 incl. VAT and Insurance Petrol expenses are added on the price. Insurance is included when renting and thus you only pay a deductible for damage of NOK 15,000. If the amount of damage during the deductible amount is covered by the tenant.
