This stylish tiny house was built in 2023 next to my family's original stone house from 1895. It was constructed with high-quality natural materials and designed to honor traditional cycladic architecture. The spacious terrace is ideal for a romantic dinner and relaxing while watching the sunset over the sea. It has one bedroom with two single beds that can be joined to form a double bed without any gaps. There is storage space in the shelving unit, chest of drawers, and wardrobe. *PLEASE NOTE: The bathroom (shower and wc), is located right outside the house, maintaining its original set up. The house is equipped with fully functional kitchen, comfortable couch, air-conditioning, dishwasher, laundry machine, stovetop & Oven, refrigerator, kitchenware, hairdryer, linen & towels, iron, amenities, cleaning products , smart TV, and High speed wifi. It has a beautiful terrace with panoramic view of the bay and sunset! The house is located in Kamares bay which is the port of Sifnos. A two-minute walk takes you to a beautiful sandy beach , tavernas and cafes, super market, local bakery and pottery shops, car rentals companies. Kamares Bay is a charming village with a stunning "blue flag" sand beach. The village is ideal for spending quality time on vacation. Kamares has stores that sell traditional pottery, supermarkets, and other small shops. You can also rent a car, take the bus or walk to the well-marked paths that lead to other villages and locations and enjoy the beautiful scenery of Sifnos.
