Deliveries should be sent to a nearby UPS Store, FedEx OnSite, or Amazon Locker—all located less than two miles away. We are happy to recommend specific locations upon request. Please note that any rerouted package that must be delivered to the property will incur a $30 handling fee. TAXES City of Columbus Lodging Excise Tax – 5.1% Guest access Guests have access to the entire interior of the home and may park up to two vehicles in the rear driveway. The garage is not accessible to guests and does not provide entry into the home. Other things to note Please do not flush tampons or “flushable” wipes down the toilet. A personal wastebasket is provided for disposal of these items to help prevent plumbing issues. 11+ NIGHT STAY CLEANING POLICY For stays of 11 nights or longer, a complimentary mid-stay clean is required and already included in your nightly rate. This helps keep the home fresh and comfortable during your stay. ENERGY CONSIDERATION Your comfort is important to us. If you’ll be away from the home for an extended period, we kindly ask that you adjust the thermostat to an energy-efficient setting. Thoughtful energy use helps care for the home and keeps it comfortable for future guests.
