B&B is located in the new downtown of Managua in a safe area. It is 5 minutes walking to a Mall that has stores, pharmacies; a supermarket; banks and a food court. It is surrounded by 30 restaurants that offer diversity of food: seafood, meat, vegetarian and local dishes. There is a bus stop 10 minutes walking that has service to different cities. Also there is close a park, a medical center and a gym. It is located 30 minutes from the airport and close to Princes and Intercontinental Hotels. The space The hotel is in a very safe area of the city and it has good security at night. Quadruple rooms could have either 2 single beds, or 1 full bed. Each room has AC, a personal closet, a private bathroom, fast speed internet, LCD TV, and a safe box. Guest access Guests have access to a living area, to a fountain with a small patio, and a terrace. There is a computer and a printer available for all guests and there is a parking area for those who bring their own cars. With an additional cost the staff can clean and iron clothes.
