Have a wedding to attend in Payson, need extra space for visiting guests or want a spacious, quite and peaceful retreat? We are located in the middle of a quiet, 5-acre property. Two comfy bedrooms, bunkbeds, full kitchen, laundry, jetted tub, spacious living room. (PacknPlay upon request) Fast WiFi. For your four legged kids there is even a dog wash for them, we do limit to only dogs and no more than 2. And did we mention there's a hobbit hole for the kiddos (young and old) to play in? The space Beautiful updated 2 bedroom apartment with your own kitchen and private entrance. We have a bathroom with two sinks and a 6’ jetted tub. The shower is set high so it accommodates taller people and has great water pressure. There is a pocket door separating the toilet and tub from the sinks. We have a septic system and no flushable wipes are allowed, they plug up our system. If this happens with your reservation, you will be charged an additional $100 to cover the cost of a plumber. *******VERY IMPORTANT******* During Spring, Summer and Fall, there are AC window units in the bedrooms only, and the main living space has some central air coming from the upstairs vents. We just were able to add another portable AC unit in the kitchen/living room area. Not sure how effective it is yet. When we purchased this house it didn't have AC, so it's been a bit of a struggle to get the basement cool. During the hot parts of summer, the living space is usually around 74 degrees. We have a fan in the living room. Keep AC units and portable heaters in the outlets they are plugged into and have a label above. If you switch them there is a high chance you'll trip the breaker and that is upstairs and if we are gone that might take some time to get someone over to fix it. ******** The apartment is heated with radiant heat and will be set to 70 degrees. If you would like it warmer before showing up, let us know. It does take an hour or so to warm up a few degrees. Because of this we have space heaters in the bedrooms and living room. We have two nest thermostats, one controls the bedrooms and bathroom and the other the living spaces. Please reach out with any questions. Above the apartment is our sunroom. It has a sliding glass door that does make some noise when opened. We don’t use the door much, but wanted to make you aware of it, if you hear a rumbling noise above the entryway. Guest access You will have the entire apartment with your own separate entrance on the East side of the house. An entrance code will be sent on the day of your arrival. Guests are allowed anywhere in the East field, front yard and on the playground. If the gate is closed to the front yard that means we have dogs visiting. Let us know when you want to use the yard and we’ll keep them inside. Know that there are many stickers in the fields, so wear shoes. We have a charcoal grill (you'll need to bring the charcoal) and a fire pit on the west side of the front yard. If you need hot dog roasters, let us know. There is a picnic table for you to move around. Other things to note This unit is a NO PARTY, No Smoking, No Vaping, No Drugs rental. Please don’t drive around the house, (stay on the asphalted driveway) as we have kids over frequently. If you have a dog, please have them poop in the East field located straight across from your basement doors, and not on the grass. If you do this you won’t have to pick it up.
