The space This cozy three-bedroom home features two queen rooms and one smaller room with a trundle bed (two singles). Please note, the single room is a bit snug when both beds are in use. The home includes one full bathroom. The main living area is equipped with AC, and the queen rooms each have a window AC unit. For added warmth, there’s a gas fireplace. The bay is perfect for swimming and boating, and we provide beach towels and life vests for your convenience. Guests also have access to three kayaks: two new single kayaks and one older tandem. A motorboat launch is located just down the road if you’d like to bring your own boat. Please be aware that water levels may recede toward the end of the season, depending on weather conditions. Water quality can vary, and blue-green algae blooms may occasionally appear on Lake Champlain (tracked online). The electric sauna is easy to use—simply turn the nozzle and allow it to preheat for 30 minutes to an hour. It’s great for all seasons, but especially enjoyable in the fall and winter months. Please note that our property is nestled in a serene, rural setting, surrounded by nature and wildlife. It offers a charming, rustic experience that reflects the peacefulness of a classic summer camp. If you’re looking for a more modern or polished environment, this may not be the ideal choice.
