It has been recently renovated and furnished. Fully equipped with air conditioning and all comforts. Area with supermarkets and restaurants. Guest access Guests can access all the apartment areas. Other things to note The building IS EQUIPPED WITH AN ELEVATOR. Check-in is done via self check-in using a keybox located in front of the building. During the check-in process, guests' identification documents will be required for local authorities and possibly for signing a short-term rental agreement. Access instructions will be sent after document verification. Early check-in or late check-out is NOT POSSIBLE due to scheduled cleanings. Although the building has a concierge service, there is no concierge service available to carry luggage to the floor. Additionally, leaving luggage after check-out is not allowed. INCLUDED IN THE CLEANING FEE, WE PROVIDE: - One set of *sheets and *towels per guest. We also provide extras on request by payment *Linen treated by industrial laundries (washed at temperatures above 60°) - Hand soaps, body wash, and shampoo. - Dish soap and dishwasher detergent. However, we do not provide laundry soap or fabric softener, nor food items such as coffee, sugar, salt, and oil. UTILITIES: Utilities are included in the price with the following monthly limits: €50 for electricity, €50 for gas, and €25 for water (based on a 30-day period).
