Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. The space Interior Stone mansion by the sea built in 1900 on the beautiful south side of Gytheio, the "Land of the Gods". The house is fully renovated and has access to both main streets of Gytheio, the coastal and the upper one. Within walking distance is the city center with restaurants, shops, supermarkets, while right in front of the house there is a rocky beach and a sandy beach on the island opposite the house. The front side of the house has unlimited sea views and the historic island of Krane, from where, according to Pausanias, Paris left with the beautiful Helen. On the island you can visit the Tzannetakis Tower, which houses the Museum of Mani, the chapel of Agios Petros and one of the oldest stone-built lighthouses in Greece. In the living room there is a sofa that becomes a double bed, while the window and the balcony door reveal the stunning sea view. From the living room there is also access to the small balcony that seats 2-4 people. The kitchen is fully equipped with all household appliances. The bathroom is fully equipped and there is an indoor storage room with the washing machine. Points of interest Picturesque Gythio is located 278 km from Athens and 140 km from Kalamata, where you can also get by plane. 42 km from Gythio is Sparta, the financial and commercial center of the prefecture of Laconia. The house is very close to the beach of Mavrovouni, Selinitsa and the famous shipwreck. The location allows excursions to Mani, while the distance from the beautiful beaches of Vathi and Skoutari is very short. Just 25 km away is the beautiful Areopolis, 67 km away is the Castle of Monemvasia, 29 km away are the Caves of Diros and 94 km away is the unique Elafonisos.
