Loon Mountain River Oasis

Keep it simple at this peaceful, very clean centrally-located condo. Close to popular attractions such as Loon Mountain, The Ice Castles, The Polar Express Railroad, Ziplining, Canon Mountain, Storyland, Santa's Village, The Woodstock Inn Brewery, 7 Birches Winery, The Pemi River, Hiking Trails, Mountain Biking Trails, The Highland Games, Foliage Peeping, and much more (Listed below) The space The condo unit sleeps 6 comfortably with a Queen Bed, Queen Sleep Sofa, and a pull-down Full Size Murphy Bed and a Pack N Play for the little ones (no sheets for pack n play, please bring your own). All cooking utensils are available in the unit as well as towels and linens. (Tons of extra pillows in closet. Hard, soft and in-between). Pull out sofa sheets in front closet. NO SKI BOOTS are to be worn inside the unit. There is a closet right when you walk in with a boot rack. Use bathroom fan when showering to keep humidity low. No Parties, No Pets Allowed. Guest access The whole unit and property shared amenities are all available to guests. Other things to note Our Loon Mountain River Oasis is located in the heart of Lincoln New Hampshire, on the Kancamagus highway. The Pemigewasset (Pemi) River runs right outside of our patio. You can open the windows or sit outside on our patio and listen to the river run. In the summertime you can enjoy a seat in the river to cool down in, or you can check out our outdoor pool. There is also an indoor pool, hot tub and 2 saunas on the property. Loon Mountain is located behind our property and there is a shuttle to the mountain in the wintertime. (Schedule provided).
