Fall is a wonderful time to visit coastal Maine, with crisp mornings, beautiful foliage, fewer crowds, and plenty to explore. The main living area features soaring cathedral ceilings, a cozy sectional, and a 55” TV, ideal for unwinding after a day exploring the coast. The freshly refreshed great room offers an inviting, open layout with space to gather, dine, or relax. A dining table, additional seating, and a selection of games make it just as enjoyable to stay in on a cool fall evening. The sunlit kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a Keurig with K-cups for easy mornings. The island with bar seating adds a casual spot for coffee or a glass of wine. Sleeping arrangements: 🛏️ • Primary bedroom with queen bed, ceiling fan, and wall-mounted TV • Second bedroom with a twin trundle (sleeps 2) and doubles as a comfortable daybed • Pull-out sofa with a Tempur-Pedic mattress for additional sleeping space (sleeps 2) Both bedrooms include ceiling fans and TVs for added comfort. 🍁 Step outside to enjoy the Weber gas grill and relaxed outdoor seating. Spend the day exploring the coast, then come back to enjoy a quiet evening at the cottage. ⛱️ Amenities include access to a family-friendly pool, plus an adults-only (18+) clubhouse with its own pool and hot tub. Tennis and pickleball courts are also available. A golf cart is included with your stay and is available May through October, making it easy to get around and enjoy everything the property offers. 🚗 Additional features include central A/C and heat with a Nest thermostat, washer/dryer, and keyless entry for a seamless arrival. One parking space is located just outside the cottage, with overflow parking located at the front of the resort. 🌊 While it’s easy to relax here, you’re just 2 miles from beaches, Marginal Way, shops, and restaurants. Fall is a beautiful time to enjoy Wells & Ogunquit with fewer summer crowds, coastal walks, local restaurants, shopping, and the changing colors of Maine.
